Strength & Conditioning Class (S&C)

Improving your strength, power, balance, coordination and endurance is a priority for our classes.  Using proven methods and programs we organize a structured workout program for you.    Small group classes are offered throughout the week where you perform a workout specific warm up, strength movement, and conditioning all within an hour. If you desire small group personal training and coaching then this is the option for you.

Youth (TEEN) Strength & conditioning

Developing youth athletes has been the bread and butter of our gym. Teaching proper technique and fundamentals for both movement and weightlifting is our priority. We like to “slow cook” our young athletes meaning building a proper foundation of strength and movement fundamentals through exercise. These classes are designed to help improve general fitness and athletic performance.

Senior strength Class

The goal of this class/group is to improve the wellbeing of the senior citizen through strength training. We have small group training for this population group. Adults over the age of 55 years old are vulnerable to bone and muscle loss due to age; using a variety of tools this challenging class, we strive to improve strength, power, balance, coordination and endurance to help with day to day life. Appropriateness may vary based on individual abilities. (SCREENING MAY BE NECESSARY)

PERSONAL TRAINING

While group training is great, some individuals prefer one on one training.  Training sessions provide individual attention to specific needs and improvement in problem areas. Our trainers will provide versatile training programs to fit any need.
